The Rewards Program is available to enrolled members at participating Company locations in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“Saudi Arabia”). Rewards (as defined below) accumulated under the Rewards Program are promotional and have no cash value. There are no membership fees associated with the Rewards Program.
1.Eligibility to Enroll in Rewards Program
The Rewards Program is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. This Rewards Program is not targeted towards, or intended to be used by, children under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only enroll and use the Rewards Program under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. By enrolling in the Rewards Program, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.
You may enroll in the Rewards Program if you: (1) are at least 13 years of age; (2) are a resident of Saudi Arabia; (3) have an active, valid e-mail address; and (4) are a human being.
2.Joining the Rewards Program
You can enroll in the Rewards Program by registering for the Rewards Program by creating an account on the App (“Account“).
In order to create an Account through the App, you must (1) download the App, (2) provide a first and last name, (3) provide an active and valid email address, (4) provide your phone number (5) provide your geographical location and (5) provide a password.
- After registering and verifying an Account, and completing your first Qualifying Purchase (as defined below), you will be eligible to earn Road Café points.
- A “Qualifying Purchase” is a purchase of at least one Saudi Riyal (1.00).
- In order to earn Points, you must scan, at the time of purchase, the QR code that is generated in the receipt and not later than two (2) hours after the applicable Qualifying Purchase. After two (2) hours the QR code will expire and Points cannot be scan.
- For any receipt paid using electronic payment every 1 SAR equals to 11 points and
For any receipt paid using cash payment every 1 SAR equals to 10 points.
- The Points available at any time in your Rewards Program Account will be equal to the aggregate amount of Points earned less the aggregate amount of Points converted into Rewards (the “Available Points Balance“). Every Point is valid for 1 year from the date of collection.
- The process of collection requires the user to have an internet connection, to
be signed in the Road Cafe Reward application and a working camera to scan the QR code.
- Points earned from the same transaction may only be posted to one (1) Rewards Program Account. All Points earned from the same transaction will be posted to the Rewards Program Account associated with the QR code that is provided at the time of purchase.
Upon registering for the Rewards Program, verifying your Account and completing a Qualifying Purchase (as defined below), Company will post a Reward. Currently, the reward is three (3) complimentary delicious cookies (a “Welcome Reward“) to your Account. A Welcome Reward expires fifteen (15) days after posting to your Rewards Program Account.
Company may, from time to time, post certain promotional offers (“Promotional Offer(s)“) to your Rewards Program Account. Promotional Offers will be subject to the terms and conditions of each respective Promotional Offer, including, without limitation, Qualifying Purchases and applicable expiration dates.
6.Redemption of Points Process
- You can redeem your points at any of road cafe stores.
- Your redemption process requires to be signed in into Road Cafe Rewards Application and to present the QR code in the “redeem your points” page.
7.Expiration of Points Earned
- Points earned shall expire one (1) year from the date of collection.
- Welcome Rewards shall expire fourteen (15) days after being posted to your Available Awards Balance.
- Promotional Offers shall expire in accordance with its respective terms and conditions.
8.Unauthorized Access or Use
Company is not responsible for any unauthorized access of your Rewards Program Account or any unauthorized use of any Reward, Welcome Reward or Promotional Offer in your Rewards Program Account. If you believe any such unauthorized access or use has occurred, you may notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org or +966 11 4659224. Upon receipt of such notification, Company will help you set up a new account and transfer your existing Points and Available Rewards Balance (if any). However, Company will not reinstate rewards that were redeemed by an unauthorized user of your Rewards Program Account.
9.Balance Inquiry and Transaction History
You can view and track your Points balances and available Rewards on the App. You can also check the purchase transactions for which you earned Points on the App.
10.Opt Out of Rewards Program
You may opt out of the Rewards Program by contacting Company at email@example.com or +966 11 4659224.
Once you have opted out of the Rewards Program, you may not earn additional Points in your Rewards Program Account, and the Available Points Balance and outstanding Rewards in your Rewards Program Account will expire immediately.

12.Amendments and Termination of the Rewards Program
Company has the right at any time, with or without giving you prior notice, to:
- change, modify and/or end or cancel the Rewards Program and/or any specific Reward;
- change any Reward or other Rewards Program benefit we offer;
- change the requirements for earning a particular Reward;
- change the time you have in which to earn a particular Reward;
- change any other feature of the Rewards Program; and/or
- suspend or terminate any Rewards Program Account and/or your participation in the Rewards Program.
If we end the Rewards Program, the Rewards you have earned but not used will expire on the end date, and you may not redeem any Rewards or use any credits after the end date.
13.General Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
Your Rewards Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with family, friends or others, or be used for commercial purposes. You may have only one (1) Rewards Program Account.
As a part of the Rewards Program, Company will send you transactional, informational, promotional messages and/or offers. These communications may happen in the form of push notifications through the App, email, and/or any other ways you may have selected when you enrolled in the Rewards Program.
